Well, I'm back. I got to do some awesome car stunts with the best Kentucky native, Kristen. Lemme give you a quick run-down of what all went on.
Wednesday morning, we met up with Mr. Andy at the Wal-Mart parking lot. It was about a two hour trip. We got to our hotel and did absolutely nothing for a few hours. Well, not nothing... we did practice some puppet skills. The other guys hadn't had much experience. We grabbed some dinner and headed to the Church building. We put on our first show that night: the story of Jonah. Then I headed over to the auditorium to hear Mr. Andy's lesson.
Thursday, we got up to the Church and split into groups for door-knocking. I went with Hannah and some guy I forgot the name of. Maybe it was Mr. Tim. We went to one woman's house. Mr. Tim spoke with the woman who lived there, Ms. Alicia. After that, we held banners and then got some lunch. After that, we practiced at the Church. That night's show was the story of Daniel.
Friday was the same, with some exceptions. I went door-knocking with Kristen and Caleb. We didn't find anyone home, though. That night's show was the story of Noah.
Saturday, I went with Hannah and Kristen. We ended up back at Ms. Alicia's. That afternoon, we sat around and played cards. That night, we did the story of Joseph. We stuffed our luggage in Mr. Andy's car and headed home. We got back to Gallatin around 12:30 in the morning.
And here's the pictures:
