Currently listening to: "Hands of the Potter" by Caedmon's Call

Wow. That's all I can say about today. But I'll try and say some more, since that doesn't quite tell you what happened.

First off, I got very close to, if not, eight hours of sleep last night. *cue cheering crowd* Zach and I drove down to the CSC, where there was actually parking. There were a few people there, but they soon headed off to the game. So it was Zach, Alexander, and me on the couch. While they were watching the game, I did some work on AutoCAD, which I'm actually using right now. We got hungry, so we ordered some pizzas. We got Domino's, which I hadn't had in a while. After the game, Zach realized he left his study material at home (he has an architecture history (really hard class) exam on Monday). So we drove back (keep in mind this was right after the game), and spent a good half hour going 5 miles...

I had plans to go out that night to celebrate AnCharlene's birthday. Since traffic was bad, I wanted to stay at the house until it was time to go, to give traffic some time to die down. But since my backpack was still at the CSC, I decided to hop on my bike for the first time this year and ride to campus. It actually wasn't that bad of a trip. It was nice to just cosat down the hills near my house. I wouldn't like to go to the house, though. James White was pretty much an endurace course. When I got off on the exit, the shoulder ended, so I took this path that led into the woods. It was nice. I had to take several detours, honestly. Some places just don't have shoulders/sidewalks. My total time was exactly one hour, averaging me at 12 mph.

For AnCharlene's birthday, we went to play laser tag, followed by dinner at P.F. Chang's. There was a long wait, but it wasn't unbearable. Around 8, we got our code names:
  • AnCharlene: CHOCO G
  • David: RUSTY
  • Brad: SQUIRREL
  • Loraine: FAIRONE
  • Adam: MAL
  • Jon: FLYING SOLO
  • Me: 1UP
We didn't do too bad. We got up in this fort thingy and sniped people. Though some people, to remain nameless, shot me in the back a few times... Loraine
P.F. Chang's was pretty cool. It was like, everyone ordered an entree, then everyone eats everyone else's food, like buffet-style. And all through dinner, Brad kept asking some... conversational questions. Here's a list of what I can remember.
  • If you could turn into anything (animate) what would it be?
  • If you could turn into anything (inanimate) what would it be?
  • If you could gain instant mastery of any skill and complete knowledge of a field, what would they be?
  • If you could live in any time period, which would it be?
  • If you could live in any fictional setting (TV, books, etc), which would it be?
  • If you had one of the X-men powers, which would it be?
I can't remember everyone's answers, so just leave 'em in a comment. Even if you weren't there, go ahead and join the conversation. I'll leave mine, too.

A bird, or something that can fly. So I could get to class faster.
I don't know. Light, so I could get to class really fast.
Bible knowledge and mastery of all technology.
They never got to me, but I'd go with distant future.
    Generic medievil fantasy setting.
Shadowcat. Walking through walls and stuff. Wouldn't have to waste my time with the whole "door" thing.
